Disabled parking onsite

For many of our guests at Touch Trust, the easiest place to park is often the disabled bays at the back of WMC. Here there are 17 bookable undercover vehicle spaces available for disabled visitors, accessible from Bute Place, off Pierhead Street.

If you would like to use these when you attend Touch Trust, please let us know in advance and inform us of your vehicle registration.

There is not a specific postcode to reach this carpark through a sat nav, and it can be easy to miss, so it may be helpful to look at the map and images below.

To reach the car park, as shown on the map, please turn left to drive through the entrance by the WNO signs and BBCNOW signs. You will see a barrier- please use the intercom and someone will let you through. The car park is then on your right hand side.

Entering via the Main Building

Touch Trust is easily accessible through the main entrance to the Wales Millennium Centre. To find us, first enter through the main doors at the front of the building.

Entering from these front doors, turn right and walk towards the foyer area of the building. Once you have reached the foyer, turn to face the back of the building. To the right of the public toilets, you will see a set of double doors with a sign for Touch Trust next to them.

Press the button to open the doors, and walk through to the next set of door. On the left, you will see a doorbell for Touch Trust. Please press the doorbell and wait for a member of staff to come and let you through.

Entering via the Stage Door

This route is most suitable for those who are parking in the disabled bays behind the WMC. Opposite the car park, you will see a sign for Stage Door. Please enter here and you will see a reception desk on the left. Please inform someone at the desk that you are here for a session at Touch Trust. The person at the desk will then give us a call and we will come to meet you.

If you prefer to enter from the main building but have parked in the disabled parking bays, there are automatic glass doors to the main building if you carry on down the road past the zebra crossing, as seen below. Then follow the instructions to access Touch Trust via the main building.
