A Brush with Success - Art Gallery Opening

A Brush with Success - Art Gallery Opening 01/07/2011

The Touch Trust Gallery is located in the foyer and reception area of its Millennium Centre base, and was opened by Touch Trust patron Phil Davies, Managing Director of Hospital Innovations. The first private view  took place on Friday 8th July and £1000 worth of pictures and cards were sold and auctioned that evening.

Dilys Price Founder said “This is a great day for Touch Trust. Some of our guests are beautiful artists and we want to share their delightful work with the outside world.  We have been so blessed to have the vision of Claudia Mollzahn who is the Head of our College, and the talents of Melaneia Warwick our Artist in Residence. All proceeds from the sales of artworks will go to continuing the important work of the Touch Trust. I sincerely believe that our work is the ”Jackson Pollock” work of the future and that this art will go down in the history books as part of art development and history in the twenty first century...”

Our artwork can now be found in many public places, including the Welsh Government offices in the Senydd, as well as in private homes throughout Cardiff.

Visitors are welcome to come to our offices in Wales Millennium Centre to look at our art and buy a selection. We also have unique hand made greeting cards for sale made by the students.
